Ask Reggie Fountain Series Now On Fountain YouTube Page
The voice of the “King Of Offshore” himself, Reggie Fountain, was a welcome sound while flipping through Facebook posts on my phone Thursday night while sitting outside my daughter’s violin class. The content of the post on the Fountain Powerboats social media page made me pay even closer attention.
Featuring the legendary boat racer, Iconic Marine Group recently posted its “Ask Reggie Fountain” series on its YouTube page.
“Our new ‘Ask Reggie Fountain’ series is live on our YouTube page,” the post stated. “In episode 1 (right), Reggie explains how steps improve the performance of a boat.”
Of course I clicked on episode 1 and enjoyed the minute-long segment. Then I sent a text message to Martin Rusin, Fountain’s marketing director, to see when more “Ask Reggie Fountain” videos were going live. He wrote back and said he had recently added several more so I went back to the page and found all six of them (and watched them).
Being that I’m always looking for a story, I figured the quick-hitting videos featuring the legendary boat racer and boat builder were worth promoting. I mean who doesn’t love hearing the sound of Mr. Fountain’s voice? Especially when the North Carolina native is doling out performance boating advice.
