Eliminator Boats Moves Regatta Dates Back To September

Despite originally scheduling its 2020 Regatta dates for the same weekend in May as the company’s 50th Anniversary Party last year, the team at Eliminator Boats recently announced it was moving the dates back to September 11-12 in response to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Taking place primarily in Lake Havasu City, Ariz., the event kicks off on Friday with a registration party that evening at Legendz Bar and Grill and continues on Saturday with a run to Pirate Cover Resort in Needles, Calif., where the team at “The California Oasis on the Colorado River” is sure to host a rockin’ good time.

“We are extremely excited about the 2020 Eliminator Regatta—and our customers seem to share the same enthusiasm,” said Eliminator’s Hannah Logan. “The many Eliminator enthusiasts are excited to see what we come up with this year because last year’s event was such a hit. We are currently working on new ideas for the Regatta to surprise our customers and show how much we appreciate them.”

Based on 2019 participation, Logan is expecting somewhere around 500 people to take part in the September event with well over 100 boats ranging from brand new models to vintage rides built in the ’70s and ’80s.
