Gallery Of The Week: Faces Of The Four Horsemen Poker Run

In what could be called an embarrassment of riches, last weekend’s Four Horsemen Poker Run in Oshkosh, Wis., had two professional photographers on hand to capture all the action. Pete Boden handled all the aerial shots of powerboats underway, while Brian Radtke—a portrait photographer by trade—captured images of participants off the water.

Having already created a galley of running shots from the event, we thought a collection of Radtke’s fine work was in order. After all, without the people involved, powerboats are just fiberglass and resin—or epoxy and carbon fiber and Kevlar if you prefer—and a whole lot of heavy metal.

A feature on the event including a blend of boats on the water and people off it will run in the upcoming May/June issue of Speed On The Water digital magazine. That issue will go live during the first week of July. Until then, we invite you to enjoy some of the faces of the Four Horsemen Poker Run.

You might even recognize a few.
