Highlights from the 2018 Lake of the Ozarks Shootout Poker Run

Despite having to dodge rain throughout parts of the day on Friday, the annual Poly Lift & Lake Expo Lake of the Ozarks Shootout Poker Run is going strong with 92 entries this year.

Today’s poker run kicked off with a breakfast at Big Thunder Marine and continued throughout the day with stops at Redhead Yacht Club, Paradise, Larry’s On The Lake, Nautifish, Bulldog’s Beach House, Captain Ron’s, Big Dick’s and Shady Gators, which served as the final stop with an awards presentation scheduled for this evening.

Poly Lift Boat Lifts owner Mark Maasen, who did the run in his 34-foot Nor-Tech Hi Performance Boats center console said he was having a great time when he made a quick stop at the open house hosted at The Boardwalk at Waves and Wheels.
