Highlights From The Lake Of The Ozarks Shootout On The Strip

Maybe it has to do with the Lake of the Ozarks Shootout celebrating its 30th anniversary this year, or maybe not. But either way, we’ve seen an uptick in all-around participation at the Central Missouri.

Between the Lake of the Ozarks Hall of Fame (read the story), the early arrivals to Super Cat Fest and the Wednesday night Shootout on the Strip presented by Waves and Wheels, we’ve been pleasantly surprised by the turnout this year and we haven’t even gotten to the top-speed runs coming up on Saturday and Sunday.

Here’s a look at the fun we had last night on Bagnell Dam Boulevard with the Amazing—yes with a capital “A”—Speedonthewater.com girls that were sporting the brand new dresses courtesy of Susan Luadwig and the crew at Grow Marketing in Osage Beach, Mo.
