Image Of The Week: Model Behavior From Nor-Tech

What’s cooler than seeing more than a dozen models from Nor-Tech Hi-Performance Boats lined up on the docks at The Club at Porto Cima? Not a whole lot in our opinion, which is why this early evening picture taken during the Lake of the Ozarks Shootout in Central Missouri at the end of August is our Image of the Week. It’s not often you come across such an array of models from the Cape Coral, Fla., company like the one that was on hand for a Friday evening fun run and soirée celebrating the Nor-Tech brand hosted by Midwest Boating Center in Kaiser, Mo.

For the second straight year, the Midwest Boating Center team fed and entertained more than 125 customers, business associates and friends, many of which came in a variety of boats, including “old school” Nor-Tech cats, the company’s latest 477 offshore V-bottom and a large group of center consoles ranging from 34 to 45 feet.

Overall, the gathering, which featured an informal fun run followed by a formal steak and seafood dinner with a bunch of cool prizes from Bluave Marine Audio, Marine Concepts, Motoped, Paradise Pad and more, was extremely well attended. In fact, the folks at Midwest Boating Center are already thinking of ways to improve the 2019 shindig, which was sponsored by Wozencraft Insurance.
