Inside SOTW Mag: Fun On The Frozen Water Photo Essay

Providing a fun and different way to get together with friends and fellow boating enthusiasts—mainly Outerlimits Offshore Powerboats owners—Dr. Michael “Doc” Janssen of Colorado and Dave Scott of Toronto, Canada, spearheaded a couple of wintertime gatherings, the International Snowmobile Rally hosted by Saratoga Hot Springs Resort in Saratoga, Wyo., and the Friends Without Borders ice-fishing excursion on Canada’s Lake Simcoe. Each of the events were well attended, unforgettable, adventurous and cold—as you can see by the pictures on these three pages—and both of the organizers vow to keep them going as they’re only growing in popularity.

A pair of well-known Outerlimits Offshore Powerboats owners have created a couple of must-attend wintertime events for their friends in Wyoming and Toronto.

“These events really show how much of a family Outerlimits owners are,” said Outerlimits sales manager Dan Kleitz, who attended the snowmobile rally in 2018 and the ice-fishing event in 2019. “I believe we have the best customers in the world. When you own and run an Outerlimits, you’re part of a big family.”

Once again, the speedonthewater.com team had fun snowmobiling in Wyoming with Janssen and company, and hopes to check out the ice- fishing adventure at Scotto Land in 2020.
