Mystic Launches New Website

Until recently, the only thing about Mystic Powerboats—the DeLand, Fla.-based builder of exotic high-performance racing and pleasure catamarans and V-bottom performance yachts—that wasn’t state-of-the-art was the company’s website. That changed in a big way last Friday with the launch of the company’s new online home.

“This is the first update we’ve done to the site since 2009,” said John Cosker, the founder and owner of Mystic. “It includes a lot more content, not only about Mystic’s cat but about the yacht line, as well as our other business lines. We are going to be updating and adding new content on our site, as well as on our Facebook page, much more frequently.”

The new site opens with a video montage window that features some of the best-known Mystic CS5000 offshore racing catamarans including Aqua-ManiaMiss GEICO and Cintron in action. Titled “A Wolf in Sheep’s Clothing,” the 30-second video presents a compelling introduction to the deep yet easy-to-navigate site, which features top navigation links—Mystic Models, Technical & Design, Galleries, Success, News, Store About and Contact—and bottom navigation links—Company, Models, Custom Construction and Stay Connected With Us (i.e. social media).

Without question, Mystic fans will be able to spend hours exploring the new site, and potential clients will be able to gain a solid understanding of the company’s background capabilities through it.
