While securing the extra space left behind by Cigarette Racing (read the story) at the Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show (Oct. 31-Nov. 4), Nor-Tech Hi-Performance Boats will be bringing a full fleet of boats from across the state to the 54th annual show.

Not only will the boats on display both at the docks at the Bahia Mar Yachting Center and indoors at the convention center represent the company’s entire lineup, but they’ll also showcase some of the bold moves Nor-Tech has taken over the past year.

As far as performance machines go, a black and bright green 40 Roadster catamaran with twin Mercury Racing 1100 engines is a definite highlight. As is the Sunrise Candy painted 420 Monte Carlo with twin Mercury Racing HP700SCi engines (read the story). Rumor has it a smaller version of the 420 will be on display as well. Speedonthewater.com will have a full report on the new boat once it’s complete.

When it comes to Nor-Tech’s immensely popular center console line, the company will be well represented starting with a stunning 39-footer that has a completely new console and deck design and is powered by four Mercury Verado 300 engines. Also on display will be a stylish 344 GT with triple Verado 350s and a 298 with a pair of Verado 300 outboards.
