Nor-Tech to Host First Demo Day on Saturday

If you happen to be in Fort Lauderdale, Fla., this weekend, and happen to be interested in buying a new center console, then you’re in luck. Nor-Tech Hi-Performance Boats is hosting a demo day on Saturday, Dec. 1 with three new center console models available for sea trials.

The event, which is being organized by Bob Crow of Nor-Tech Hi-Performance Boats of Fort Lauderdale, also will feature a few boats on display out of the water at the 15th Street Fisheries at Lauderdale Marina (1900 SE 15th Street). Along with Crow and his sales associates, Nor-Tech’s Scot Conrad will be on hand for to answer questions and assist with demonstrations and walk-throughs.

The first official demo day Nor-Tech has ever hosted—the company usually does demo rides at boat shows or poker runs—the event starts at 10 a.m. and ends at 4 p.m., with food and refreshments being served all day.

“We’re expecting a good turnout for the demos,” said Terry Sobo, director of sales and marketing for Nor-Tech. “It’s a great location and it’s prime season. I think holding our own demo day is a great idea.”
