Performance Boat Center Expecting Busy Month in Miami

Between the upcoming Miami International Boat Show and the Miami Boat Show Poker Run less than a week later, Brett Manire and the rest of the Missouri-based Performance Boat Center crew are going to be spending a lot of time in South Florida during the month of February.

The spy photo shows the new 38-foot Statement center console being finished for next month’s Miami International Boat Show.

“We’ll be spread thin for Miami,” said Manire, half jokingly. “We will be taking at least seven boats from PBC down for the show and poker run. We are currently finishing a 380 Statement powered by Mercury Verado engines for the in-water display at Sea Isle Marina. We ordered the boat for stock—it has all kinds of trick features like a 26-speaker JL Audio/Fusion stereo system, generator, bow thruster, SeaDek flooring, Garmin 5215 screens and a custom pearl white paint job.”

Manire said that throughout the five-day show (Feb. 12-16), PBC representatives will be available in the Cigarette Racing Team and Outerlimits Offshore Powerboats booths as well. Following the show, the team has to be on its game making sure several boats are ready for the run to Islamorada with the Florida Powerboat Club.

Along with the new 38-foot Statement, other PBC boats registered for the poker run include a new Outerlimits SL 52, a Cigarette 38 Top Gun, an Outerlimits 39 Quattro and more.
