As reported earlier this year on speedonthewater.com, Italy-based Revolver Powerboats is throwing its hat into the performance-oriented center console ring with a 43-footer called the Revolver 43CC. However, information on the stepped-hull V-bottom designed by Alberto Mancini of AM Yacht Design, who also designed the Revolver 44GT, power options were minimal at that time. The builder’s media relations firm did list outboard engines from Seven Marine as power for the boat, but provided no detail beyond that.

According to the latest press release from the sportboat builder, the boat will be offered with twin or triple 557- or 627-hp outboards from Seven Marine, as well as triple or twin Verado 400R engines from Mercury Racing. Also according to the release, the 6,900-kilogram model can carry up to 12 passengers.

A planned unveiling date and venue and pricing were not provided in the release.
