Save The Date: OSO/SOTW Bash Returning to Key West

A great time was had by all—that’s what we heard from everyone who made it to last year’s joint Offshoreonly.com/Speedonthewater.com Key West Party. And that’s why we’re doing it again during the Florida Powerboat Club’s annual Key West Poker Run and Super Boat International’s Offshore World Championships in the famed city at end of the road. We’re still putting together the particulars, but here’s all you need to know right now:

When: Thursday, Nov. 9, 7 p.m. to 10 p.m.
Where: Sandbar Sports Grill, 511 Greene Street

Last year’s OSO/SOTW Party in Key West spilled onto the street in front of the Sandbar Sports Grill.

Of course, we’re not just doing it to have a good time and to thank you for your ongoing support of the world’s leading daily high-performance powerboating news site and the world’s largest and most popular online community. Once again, we’re raising money again for Samuel’s House, a local non-profit organization that has provided housing and supportive services to the homeless in their time of need while assisting them in becoming self-sufficient.

As they did last year, South Florida real estate expert and Offshoreonly.com forums moderator Greg Harris and his longtime girlfriend, Yvonne Aleman, are working closely with the speedonthewater.com crew to make the 2017 joint venture a hit.

If you missed last year’s OSO/SOTW celebration (above) in Key West, you don’t want to miss this one.

Of course there will be killer drink specials. Of course there will be complimentary food. Of course there will be live entertainment, cool prize raffles and everything (and more, including a commemorative T-shirt designed by Stephen Miles of Stephen Miles Design) that you enjoyed about last year’s party.
