Featured Boat: 2018 DCB M28R Sport Catamaran

Offered by DCB Performance Boats in El Cajon, Calif., this DCB M28R sport catamaran is powered by a pair of Mercury Racing Verado 400R outboard engines with 40 operating hours and Mercury Racing five-blade propellers. The 28-footer was built with carbon fiber and Kevlar and features an M-series wraparound windshield, Phase III gelcoat and a half-cap stainless steel rubrail.

Features include Mercury Zero-Effort DTS shifters and throttles, two Mercury VesselView 703 monitors and a SIMRAD NSS9 Evo3 monitor. The interior of the catamaran’s six-seat cockpit is custom-upholstered primarily with Alcantara material. Additional niceties include Rigid LED mood lighting, a custom carpet kit, a Stage II stereo, three deep cycle HD batteries and an on-board charging system. The builder outfitted the boat with extensive hardware including billet grab handles and a billet swim step appointed with SeaDek flooring.

Price is $274,950. A triple-axle custom Extreme trailer is included.
