“It’s taken a bit longer than we anticipated, but we’re really happy with where we are,” said Joe Schaldenbrand, who co-owns the company with his brother, Wayne. “We’ll probably have a private showing at the plant for the boat when it’s done before we take it to Miami.”

To dedicate all of its resources to the center console project, Sunsation did not display at the Miami event in 2012.

Sunsation reportedly has several orders for the 34-footer, which the brothers said they hope will kick off a series of center console models. In related Sunsation news, Joe Schaldenbrand reported that the company recently received orders for two 28-foot sportboats and one 32-footer from its dealer in Montreal, Canada.
