Sunsation Launches Online Apparel Store
Fans of the Sunsation Offshore Powerboats line of sportboats and center consoles can “wear the brand” thanks to the Algonac, Mich., boat builder’s new online apparel store. According to the company’s Joe Schaldenbrand, the launch of the online portal presents the first real opportunity for people other than Sunsation staffers and owners to purchase Sunsation theme and logoed gear.

“We’ve been working on it for quite while,” Schaldenbrand said. “But you know, building an apparel line and site to support it is almost like running another company. We’re about 90 percent finished with adding product.”
Supported by PayPal for checkout and payment process, the site is intuitive and easy to use. Currently offered are a variety of Sunsation-branded wear for men and women including hooded sweatshirts, crew and V-neck T-shirts, tank tops, polo shirts and all-weather shell jackets. Additional accessories include Sunsation “license plates” and towels.
