Performance Boat Center Adding 320 To Wright Performance Catamaran Line

To round out its current line of 36- and 42-foot Wright Performance sport catamarans, Performance Boat Center is adding a 32-footer dubbed the Wright Performance 320. The multi-brand, full-service dealership based in Osage Beach, Mo., has an exclusive contract with Doug Wright Designs/High Tech Composites for future build-outs of the Melbourne, Fla., company’s 32-foot pleasure catamaran.

Thanks to an upcoming 32-foot offering, the 360 (above) will no longer be the smallest model in the Wright Performance sport catamaran series. Photo from Key West, Fla., by Pete Boden copyright Shoot 2 Thrill Pix.

In standard dress, the Wright Performance 320 will be powered by twin Mercury Racing 300R naturally aspirated V-8 outboard engines. Performance Boat Center co-owner Brett Manire said he expects cat to top 115 mph with that power package.

“Like our Wright 360 and 420, the 320 will be rigged and custom-painted—and have its custom interior installed—in house at Performance Boat Center,” he said. “With a Fusion stereo system including JL Audio speakers, a Garmin GPS, SeaDek flooring and a MYCO trailer it will list for $399,900. That’s $100,000 less than the 360.

“We’re going to be doing a little work with rear bench to make it a little wider,” he continued. “So the Wright Performance 320 can be ordered as a cozy six-seater or a very roomy five-seater. It’s going to be a really neat offering.”

Performance Boat Center currently is taking orders for the new model.
