Speed On The Water 2021 Year In Review Issue On Sale December 1

Despite that 2021 arguably has been the busiest year in the 12-year history of speedonthewater.com, our Year In Review collectible print edition has never been far from our minds. We started collecting images and writing text for the 196-page beauty in January. That work will continue through the holidays so the magazine can be published and distributed in January 2022.

The oversized collectible issue, which is celebrating its seventh anniversary, will go on sale December 1.

What can you expect from the 2021 edition? We won’t give it all away here, but we’re bringing back the stunning fold-out feature we debuted in last year’s edition—but highlighting a completely different new model from one of the country’s hottest high-performance powerboat builders.

The photo-rich magazine’s “Events” section will showcase the most important happenings of 2021 including the Florida Power Club Key West Poker Run.

And as you’ve rightly come to expect, we will showcase the year’s hottest creations from Cigarette Racing Team, DCB Performance Boats, Donzi, Fountain, MTI, Nor-Tech, Outerlimits Offshore Powerboats, Skater Powerboats, Renegade, Statement Marine, Sunsation Boats Wright Performance and more in the publication’s “Boats” section.

We certainly did not lack options this year when it came to events to cover in real time and recap in Year In Review 2021. All but two of the most popular events—the 1,000 Islands Charity Poker Run and the Tickfaw 200 Poker Run—cancelled in 2020 returned in 2021. (And those two blockbuster happenings are coming back next year.)

Offshore powerboat racing came back strong this year and the 2021 Year In Review issue will be loaded with it.

So, too, did the entire American Power Boat Association Offshore National Championships Series, the Race World Offshore-produced APBA/UIM Key West World Championships and the Offshore Powerboat Association World Championships in Englewood Beach, Fla. All will be included in the magazine’s “Racing” section.

Of course, there’s much more coming including the popular “Best Of” and “People” sections.

Limited advertising space is still available. For more information, please reach out to speedonthewater.com national sales manager Ryan Johnson, 612-248-4355 or sotwryan@gmail.com.

Mark your calendars. We only print 5,000 copies and you won’t want to miss this one. No Speed On The Water Year In Review print magazine collection will be complete without it.
