Formula Boats Pausing Production

In compliance with Indiana Governor Eric Holcomb’s Stay-At-Home order that goes into effect at midnight, Formula Boats’ Decatur headquarters will be closed starting tomorrow. Per the governor’s mandate in response to the COVID-19 pandemic, the company is planning on remaining closed through April 6.

The team at Formula Boats will be out of the factory until early April.

Formula’s management team and office will work remotely. The company’s Technical Assistance Group will be available via email at support@formulaboats.com or via phone at 260-724-1412. Customers also will still be able to “build” their Formula models through the company’s website, as well as request a quote from the company’s sales team.

Though consumers can still order Formula gear and information packets, no orders will ship until the company’s office reopens.

Formula announced the shutdown in a post on its Facebook page.

“In this time of uncertainty, our highest priority is the welfare of our customers, dealers and Formula Team members,” the post read. “We will continue to update you as information becomes available. During this difficult time, please stay safe and be well.”—the Formula Team.
