Horsepower Fest Coming to Laughlin in Early November

The second annual Horsepower Fest event hosted by SoCalJetBoats.com is set for two weeks from today—Saturday, Nov. 4—at the Avi Resort & Casino in Laughlin, Nev. Featuring all things horsepower, including custom boats, hot rods, jeeps, dragsters, sand cars, classic cars and trucks, and more, the Horsepower Fest is a fun-filled event for all ages.

This year the event, which includes a variety of vendors and food trucks, is partnering with The Norona Effect, which is a local tri-state charity for children with cancer. Based out of Lake Havasu City, Ariz., the Norona Effect provides financial assistance to qualifying residents of Arizona’s Mohave County who are forced to travel outside of Mohave County for medical care.

Along with big-ticket raffle items up for grabs, there is going to be a live freestyle motocross show from Metal Mulisha & the Fitz Army. Admission to the family friendly event is free and thanks to bounce houses, face painting, a photo booth and more, there is plenty of fun available for children.
