OSO/SOTW Key West Bash Raises $3,500 for Local Charity

Not only did everyone who showed up for the OffshoreOnly.com/Speedonthewater.com party at the Sandbar Sports Grill on Thursday night in Key West, Fla., have a blast, the generous group of people in attendance opened up their wallets wide and ended up raising more than $3,500 for Samuel’s House, a local non-profit organization that has provided housing and supportive services to the homeless in their time of need while assisting them in becoming self-sufficient.

Jim Lee, Summer Richardson, Travis Richardson and Tyson Garvin had a great time at last night’s OSO/SOTW Key West Bash.

The party’s raffle, which included a variety of powerboat-related prizes, brought in more than $2,500 and one generous boat owner who preferred to remain anonymous stepped up and donated $1,000 to Samuel’s House. None of that would have been possible without a generous list of sponsors for the OSO/SOTW Key West Bash that includes Lifeline Race Gear, Mercury Racing, Teague Custom Marine, Bluave Marine Audio, DCB Performance Boats, Mystic Powerboats, Wake Effects, Peacock Family Vineyard and Shoot 2 Thrill Pix.

Although nothing has been planned for next year, the wheels are already spinning on how OffshoreOnly and Speedonthewater.com can top this year’s over-the-top event.
