Super Dave: The Man Behind Unique Custom Marine
A couple of weeks ago, just before Unique Custom Marine owner Dave DeLezenne got extremely busy with his concierge services leading up to this week’s Florida Powerboat Club Key West Poker Run, I caught up with him over the phone to find out how his business was going since I’d recently hung out with him at the Lake of the Ozarks Shootout in Missouri and he seemed like he was running nonstop.
Dave DeLezzene has become one of the go-to haulers for Skater Powerboats, Performance Boat Center and more.
He has in fact been going nonstop—all year—and he couldn’t be happier thanks to a new tow rig, a handful of new clients and a pretty demanding schedule. During our conversation, DeLezenne was delivering a used Cigarette Racing 42X from South Florida to Performance Boat Center on Missouri’s Lake of the Ozarks, and then taking one of the Performance Boat Center boats the company would be using in the Key West Poker Run back to Florida.
