Outerlimits To Celebrate Customers At Lake Of The Ozarks Shootout

Knowing that many of its customers will be on hand—with or without their boats—at the Lake of the Ozarks Shootout in late August, the folks at the Outerlimits are putting on a special event for those customers and their families and friends. On Friday, Aug. 25 from 1 p.m. to 6 p.m., the company will hold its “Scenic Circle Power Party” at the waterfront home of longtime client Michael “Doc” Janssen.

The party takes its name from the promity of homes on the lake—all within walking distance of one another on Scenic Circle road— owned by Janssen, his fellow former Watch Your Back Outerlimits offshore racing teammate Dan Davies and Outerlimits company owner Joe Sgro, all of whom will be at the party. A few Mercury Racing representatives also are slated to attend the event.

“We’re all going to gather in the morning for a short run to a few different spots,” said the company’s Dan Kleitz. “Then we’ll head back to Doc’s house. We are basically having a ‘block party” at his place because Dan and Joe have homes in the same neighborhood. It’s our way off showing appreciation for our customers because we wouldn’t be here without them. We should have a lot of people there.”

The party will be set up in the pool area at Janssen’s home at Mile Marker 12 on the lake. Food and beverages will be served.
