“You can spend the day at the boat show then join your boating friends for a snack and a cocktail,” said Meghan Brousseau, the president of the nonprofit fundraising club, in a press release from the PBCC. “The club will provide the snacks and a cash bar will be available.”

In the 2018, the PBCC raised more than $150,000 for Toronto-based charities. The charities included Camp Oochigeas (a camp for children with cancer), Boaters for Best Care foundation, Noelle’s Gift, St. Joseph’s Hospice, Ride for Dad in the fight against prostate cancer, the Chris Lowe Memorial Trust and The Children’s Wish foundation.

“Since 2007, we have raised more than $750,000 for charity,” said Brousseau. “So please join us at the Toronto International Boat show as a small token of our appreciation.”
