SBI Releases Six-Race Regular Season Offshore Racing Schedule For 2016

Super Boat International has released its much-awaited schedule for 2016. Capped off by its annual Offshore World Championships in Key West, Fla., the organization’s regular-season schedule features six races, two of which are new (as reported during the 2015 Key West Worlds on speedonthewater.com), for the coming season. The schedule is as follows:

• May 13-16—Space Coast Super Boat Grand Prix, Cocoa Beach, Fla.
• June 24-26—Marathon Super Boat Grand Prix, Marathon, Fla.
• August 5-7— Super Boat Great Lakes Grand Prix, Michigan City, Ind.
• August 26-28— Mentor Super Boat Grand Prix, Mentor, Ohio (new venue)
• Date TBA—Port Jefferson Super Boat Grand Prix, Port Jefferson, N.Y. (new venue)
• September 30-October 2—Clearwater Super Boat National Championships, Clearwater, Fla.
• November 6-13—Super Boat Key West Offshore World Championships, Key West, Fla.
