Image Of The Week: Getting Down With Good Boy Vodka

Inspired by the people and places at Missouri’s Lake of the Ozarks, Alex Pratt created Good Boy Vodka and has had one heck of a ride promoting the brand over the last few months. Last weekend, during the Offshore At The Ozarks-Cat Edition offshore race presented by Performance Boat Center, he spent some time with his friends at Miss GEICO Offshore Racing Team as well as his company’s latest brand ambassador, professional stock car racing driver Brittney Zamora.

Pratt, who hails from Florida and Michigan, can’t get enough of Lake of the Ozarks and the opportunity it provides to promote his business and run his gorgeous 48-foot MTI powered by Mercury Racing 1550/1350 engines. He said he had a great time at the lake hanging out with veteran throttleman Steve Curtis and showing Zamora around the lake.

Armed with Good Boy Vodka promotional items, Pratt and several of his friends were proud to be rocking their new limited-edition Good Boy Vodka/Speedonthewater.com jackets (at right), which can be ordered here. He said the Techno Lite jacket is perfect for cooler weather days like race fans experienced at the lake last weekend.

Last month, Good Boy Vodka welcomed Zamora as its newest athlete brand ambassador for the 2020/2021 NASCAR racing season. An advocate for shelter pets with its “Every Pour Helps A Pup” program that donates a portion of each sale to assisting shelter pets, Good Boy Vodka aligns perfectly with Zamora’s Pit Road Pals shelter awareness program and her commitment to “Pedal Down for Pets.”

According to Pratt, the partnership with Zamora was formed thanks to the Arsenal Marine Group and is just the first of many new partners Zamora will be bringing to NASCAR for 2020 and beyond. The brand ambassadorship with Good Boy Vodka allows her to collaborate with a company that shares the same passion and goals for animal adoption and wellbeing.

“This helps provide integrity to our Pit Road Pals program which has had to limit operation during the world health crisis,” Zamora said. “Without as much racing, our mission to assist in finding forever homes for shelter pets has been challenging. My team and I have worked hard over the last couple of months. I am grateful for the foundations we are building on for my future and relieved to see things really starting to come together for 2021.”
