The relationship between the team and its newest sponsor began when Hartmann’s epoxy and concrete flooring company installed one of its premium flooring materials at Autostrada, a boutique automotive club and showroom in Westport, Conn.

“The LATICRETE team is excited to get involved and see what this exciting sport is all about,” said Hartmann. “We are really looking forward to some great battles on the course this season and putting on a great show for our new sponsor and the fans.”

“Rob and I have a great business relationship, as I lean on him for feedback on new and innovative products we develop here,” said Elvis Torres, a product manager for LATICRETE. “

“So much success we have had as a team made it a no-brainer to be a sponsor of Nobody’s Business,” he added. “We are looking forward to the season.”

Stock V is among offshore powerboat racing’s most competitive spec classes.

In addition to LATICRETE, the Nobody’s Business team has KTR, BRP, Hairy Nut Customs and Superior Insurance returning as backers for the 2022 season. Following the Point Pleasant Beach contest, Hartmann and Uzzolina plan to compete at OPA races in Eastlake, Ohio, Michigan City, Ind., Morehead City, N.C., Fort Myers Beach, Fla., and Englewood Beach, Fla.

“I am super-excited to represent LATICRETE this season,” said Uzzolina. “This could be something great for the sport and our class to have an international company supporting us.

“I am also ready to hit the course in our Point Pleasant season-opener,” he continued. “It will be different this year without my pops on the beach spotting for us since he passed in January. It is a hometown race to me even though I live in North Carolina. I was born and raised there and watched the races since I was a child from his boat. Last year, we took second there and we plan on taking the checkered home this this time.”
