Statement Marine Bringing a Trio of Stunning Center Consoles to Miami

When industry veteran Craig Barrie walked me through the three boats that Statement Marine is displaying at next week’s Miami International Boat Show (Feb. 11-15), he prefaced it with a “just wait until you see these boats.” The excitement expressed by Barrie made it clear that the St. Petersburg, Fla., company couldn’t wait to show off its center console models, which are quite diverse.

Statement Marine had a Suzuki-powered 38′ SUV on display at the Miami International Boat Show in 2015 and the company will have another one on display at the docks this year.

Starting with a 35′ SUV powered by twin Mercury Verado 350 engines, loaded with blue and white LEDs to match the Spanish blue paint job and outfitted with a windlass and outriggers, Statement also will have a pair of 38′ SUV models, which showcase unique—at least in the performance center console world—power choices.

Featuring triple 350-hp Yamaha engines, a gunmetal gray 38-footer with red powder coating and matching flooring is going to be featured with a lounger rear seat, full bench, windlass, twin helm bolsters and killer “Godzilla” stereo.

The other 38-footer is powered by triple outboards from 300-hp Suzuki and is pearl white with blue and silver accents. According to Barrie, the boat features Statement’s triple-face dash, loungers in the front and rear, a full rear bench seat, a “Godzilla” stereo, custom flooring, joystick controls and more.

If you’re in Miami be sure to stop by and see Barrie and the rest of the Statement team at docks 570-572.
