Focused On The SuperFish Line, Tuppen’s Marine Joins Nor-Tech Dealer Family

With three locations on the east coast of Florida, Tuppen’s Marine is the latest addition to Nor-Tech Hi-Performance Boats’ dealer network—but with an intriguing wrinkle. The new dealer will focus exclusively on Nor-Tech’s angling-centric 452 and 392 SuperFish center consoles.

Tuppen’s Marine has been serving the Palm Beach, Fla., area since 1956.

The news was announced this morning in a press release from the Fort Myers, Fla., high-performance center console, catamaran and V-bottom sportboat builder. According to the release, Nor-Tech is looking to expand its SuperFish line through its new partnership/strategy with Tuppen’s Marine. “The demand for hardcore tournament style center consoles has been a rising trend over the past few years,” the release stated.

“We’ve been looking for a unique opportunity like this to partner with a dealership in Florida where the primary focus would be the SuperFish program” said Trond Schou, the president of Nor-Tech.

The dealership’s primary location in Lake Worth includes a sales center and marine store, as well as a nearby service center. Located in the Palm Beach Yacht Center, Tuppen’s Marine South is the outfit’s newest location. It includes access to full marina facilities, as well as an expansive indoor showroom that will display the dealership’s first 392 SuperFish. The boat currently is in production.

Tuppen’s Marine’s newest location is located in the Palm Beach Yacht Center.

Tuppen’s Marine was founded in 1956 by Bud and Ron Tuppen. In 1999, longtime employees Steve Sprague and Bill Bachman were “handed the company reigns” by the Tuppens brothers and began overseeing and expanding the dealership.

“Given our history and locations, I think our partnership will generate a lot of interest in the SuperFish program,” said Bachman.
