OPA Releases Day 1 Standings From Crystal Coast Worlds

The official results from the first day of the Offshore Powerboat Association Crystal Coast World Championships in Morehead City, N.C., were released this afternoon. While there was some reshuffling of the deck—thanks to speed breakouts and at least one missed buoy penalty—in the bracketed Class 4 and Class 5, the majority of the finishing orders held up. Here’s a quick look at the top three finishers in each class heading into tomorrow’s longer full-points contests.
