Tim Gallagher Taking On Sales Manager Role At Performance Boat Center Of South Florida

A high-performance marine industry veteran well known for his sales success with Cigarette Racing Team, Deep Impact and—in particular—MTI, Tim Gallagher is joining Performance Boat Center at its South Florida location in Hollywood as sales manager. According to Brett Manire, the co-owner the Osage Beach, Mo.-headquartered multi-brand full-service dealership, Gallagher’s much-needed addition to the team is effective immediately.

“Tim is super-capable and he can help us tremendously with sales and demos,” Manire said. “He brings a ton of experience to us in the high-performance boat market and he can help us with the Wright Performance, Cigarette, Sunsation and MTI lines. Sales are what drive us, after all.”

“They have some big plans for Performance Boat Center of South Florida and they are going to make a hard run at then,” said Gallagher. “We’re going to blow it up down there.

“Working with Performance Boat Center is an easy thing for me as I know all the brands they carry,” he added. “Cigarette is right up the street and I still know people there, and obviously I know the MTI brand really well.”

With the addition of Gallagher, PBC of South Florida now has two performance-boat sales notables in its stable. Mindi Doller, who has guided the location’s sales efforts since it opened 2018, is staying with the company.

“I think it’s great—Tim has a vast knowledge of the high-performance marine industry and lots of contacts here in Florida,” Doller said. “I have known him for years and it is great to have him coming aboard.”

“With Tim on the team, Mindi will have some help and more time to keep generating sales,” Manire said. “And with him living in Florida, it takes some pressure off me to be there as I live in Missouri and have a family here.

“Tim is extremely happy about it,” he added. “He’s ready to make some deals.”
