Countdown To Miami: Statement Showcasing Two Custom Creations

Statement Marine will exhibit a pair of custom-built high-performance center consoles—a 38-footer and a 35-footer—with support from FB Marine Group during the upcoming Miami International Boat Show next month. Both were ordered through the multi-location, Pompano Beach, Fla.-based dealership.

Being built for a well-known client, this Statement 380 Open will be on display at the Miami Boat Show next month.

Currently being completed at Statement’s home-base in St. Petersburg, Fla., the 380 Open model is going to Win Farnsworth, a well-known member of the high-performance powerboating community and the former owner of Low Altitude, a turbine-engine-powered 50-foot Mystic catamaran, and Freedom, a 46-foot Skater Powerboats catamaran. The 38-footer, which features a paint design courtesy of BRP Marine Custom Designs, will be powered by triple Mercury Racing Verado 400R outboard engines.

“As we all know, Win has a background in technology so this particular build will feature everything from dual 24-inch Garmin GPS units to FLIR night vision,” said Craig Barrie of Statement. “There’ll be no shortage of electronics on this one.”

This new 350 Open is color-matched its owner’s exotic automobile.

Powered by a pair of Verado 400R outboards and being sea-trialed today by FB Marine Group’s Randy Sweers, the elegant 350 Open is a theme boat painted to match its owner’s exotic automobile.

“It’s a custom ‘Lamborghini Performante’ edition color-matched to a local client’s new Huracan Performante,” said Sweers. “The color is called ‘Grigio Astarte.’”
